HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply go to the product that you like, choose the quantity you need along with any extras (if applicable) and then click add to cart. You can add more products if necessary or follow our secure checkout! If you need any help simply get in touch through the contact form.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING?
 
Yes, all my paper stationery including the individual table plans allow you to order a sample. Unfortunately, I cannot send samples of A1 table plans due to the size! At N.C.K Design we highly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing, this allows you to see the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every one of my items. I unfortunately cannot send personalised samples. Simply click the order sample button and complete the checkout. Samples are shipped within 3 days of order.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS/SAVE THE DATES DO YOU RECOMMEND WE ORDER?

I recommend that you order 1 invitation per household and a couple of extras just in case! It is always lovely to have at least 1 extra invitation as a keepsake for yourselves.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE PROOF BUT WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SOME CHANGES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Not a problem! Your first proof is simply an initial viewing of your invitation, and it is common to want to make a few small changes! Just let me know what you require changing and I will send another proof with the amendments.

WHAT SHOULD I CHECK ON MY PROOFS?

The most crucial parts to check are the wedding date and time, the venue and address, any information you have given me to include and also the spelling of your names. Once you have approved the final draft, I am not responsible for spelling errors or typos.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER APPROVING MY PROOF?

I'm afraid not - once I have received confirmation that the proof is okay I start printing. I do this as quickly as possible so that you can receive your items quicker! Any changes to the design after this stage will incur a charge.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?

On my pre-designed collection - colours and wording can be changed but the design itself cannot be changed. I do offer a bespoke service where I work with you to create unique stationery to your specifications. Please see more details on this service here.

I’M NOT BASED IN THE UK, DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Unfortunately I cannot offer international delivery at this time. This is something I am working on and hope to offer this service in the near future.

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY WEDDING STATIONERY ORDER?

I recommend ordering Save the Dates as soon as you know your wedding date! It’s a great way to get everyone excited about your wedding and also for guests to keep your wedding date free. For wedding invitations I recommend ordering at least 10-12 weeks before the day to allow for the time it takes to make them, deliver them to guests and then receive RSVPs.

DO YOU HAVE OTHER ENVELOPE COLOURS IN STOCK?

If you have a particular colour in mind for your envelope please let me know and I will check with my supplier.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOUR OF THE DESIGN?

The beauty of digital designs is that almost any colour can be produced! If you love one of my designs but need the colour changing, this is included in the price.

CAN YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?

Once you have placed your order with me and finalised the design, the printing and finishing can take up to two weeks to be completed. This is because everything is hand-printed and finished in house. If you are limited on time please get in touch and I will try my best to accommodate your order.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Due to COVID-19, for wedding stationery such as save the dates, invitations and table stationery (excluding table plans and numbers) I can offer a minimum quantity of 10 due to the government restrictions.

OOPS! I FORGOT SOMEONE, CAN I ORDER AN EXTRA INVITATION AT A LATER DATE?

If you are an existing customer it is possible to order a few extra invitations however we recommend ordering a couple of blank invites with your original order just in case!

I AM UNSURE WHERE TO START WITH MY INVITATION WORDING, CAN YOU ADVISE WHAT I NEED TO WRITE?

Yes, please click here for lots of wording examples which will help to form the basis of your proof. You will be sure to have an invitation that reflects the style of your wedding perfectly!

CAN I CANCEL MY WEDDING STATIONERY ORDER?

Your order can be cancelled at any time, however, depending on how much work has been done to your order the amount refunded will not be 100% unless no work has been done. If the first draft of the proof has been done, the refund will be 75% of the original total amount. If the order has been proofed and printed, the refund will be 50%. If the order has been proofed, printed and made (but not shipped), the amount refunded will be 25% of the original total.
