As the COVID-19 virus is affecting weddings taking place and things remain uncertain, customers are having to make difficult decisions about their weddings and the safety of their guests. I wanted to share with you what I am doing to help customers who may have been affected by the current situation:
DIGITAL INVITATION VERSIONS
I am offering existing wedding customers a free digital version of their Save The Date or Wedding Invitation if they want to communicate a change of date, location or postponement to their guests via email. Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org for help with this request.
CHANGE THE DATE CARDS
I can create 'Change the Date' cards for any customers who want to send a formal card through the post to their guests, please view the collection here. These are single cards which can match your previous stationery design if needed and will provide details of the new wedding date for your guests.
I am offering all wedding customers the ability to get reprints of their stationery at a 30% discount if the details of their event change due to coronavirus. Please contact email@example.com for help with this request.
LOW MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
I am offering low minimum order quantities for all customers still planning to get married during the pandemic. For wedding stationery such as save the dates, invitations and table stationery (excluding table plans and numbers) I can offer a minimum quantity of 10 due to the government restrictions. Table Plans and numbers/names have no minimum order quantity.
DATE-LESS ON THE DAY STATIONERY
I am creating On the Day stationery (such as place cards, table plans, menus etc) with no dates on, which means you can use the stationery on any date in case your wedding is postponed. If your preferred style includes a date feature please request this to be removed when emailing your information over.
As all my products are hand-printed, finished and packed by myself, this means my lead time is usually longer than companies that offer only a printing service. At this time I will be working around the clock to significantly reduce my lead time for a faster turnaround for customers affected by Covid-19.
